CBS Sports

Article Summary:

The NBA announced that the Las Vegas Summer League game between the Indiana Pacers and Washington Wizards set to take place Sunday at 8 p.m. ET has been postponed due to health and safety protocols.

Per the NBA’s statement:

“Because of ongoing contact tracing within the Wizards, the team does not have enough available players to proceed with tonight’s game against the Pacers.”

Washington announced Saturday that three players – Cassius Winston, Issuf Sanon and Isaiah Todd – all entered health and safety protocols. In some cases, like with the Miami Heat and Boston Celtics, several consecutive games had to be rescheduled because there weren’t enough players available to participate in the game.

While the Wizards-Pacers game is postponed, there will still be seven other games to tip off summer league on Sunday, starting with the Boston Celtics vs. Atlanta Hawks at 4 p.m. ET.
