Article Summary:

Skylar Mays, an undrafted free agent that signed with the Atlanta Hawks following the 2020 NBA Draft, has signed a Two-Way qualifying offer to stay with the Hawks. Mays, a 23-year old guard out of LSU, was with the Hawks’ Summer League team in Las Vegas earlier this month. Hawks President of Basketball Operations and General Manager Travis Schlenk brings another familiar face back from last season’s roster, as Atlanta returns everyone from last season other than Kris Dunn, Tony Snell, Brandon Goodwin and Bruno Fernando. Training camp opens just over a month from now on Sept. 28.

The Hawks still have one open roster spot, as they have 14 players signed to NBA contracts, with Mays and Cooper signed to the Two-Way slots.
